Our social outreach program, held in collaboration with HelpAge India, was a resounding success! we had the privilege of engaging with 30 enthusiastic seniors from the Defence Colony neighborhood in New Delhi. The day was filled with enriching and entertaining activities: Chair Yoga to promote active aging, Emoji Riddles that sparked laughter and curiosity and Digital Training on Cyber Safety to empower participants with tools to combat cybercrime. The energy, eagerness to become aware, and joy the seniors displayed were heartwarming. Our latest social outreach program brought immense joy to the seniors of Vasant Kunj, Delhi! 🌟 48 seniors dove into chair yoga, reminisced with a memory lane quiz, and danced their hearts out to timeless Hindi tunes. ISF organized a wonderful program in Saket that brought immense joy to the seniors of the neighborhood. The event featured engaging chair yoga sessions set to old Bollywood songs and a nostalgic Memory Lane quiz. 40 seniors indulged in singing, poetry, singing along and swaying to their favourite songs making it a delightful evening for everyone involved.

Ninety seniors participated in various activities, including traditional yoga, chair yoga set to old Bollywood songs, and a yoga-themed quiz.
