Our latest social outreach program brought immense joy to the seniors of Vasant Kunj, Delhi! 🌟 48 seniors dove into chair yoga, reminisced with a memory lane quiz, and danced their hearts out to timeless Hindi tunes. The atmosphere was filled with infectious laughter and vibrant energy. 📸 The photos only capture a fraction of the happiness experienced. Many shared that it was the most fun they had had in months. ISF organized a wonderful program in Saket that brought immense joy to the seniors of the neighborhood. The event featured engaging chair yoga sessions set to old Bollywood songs and a nostalgic Memory Lane quiz. 40 seniors indulged in singing, poetry, singing along and swaying to their favourite songs making it a delightful evening for everyone involved.

ISF organized a wonderful program to celebrate International Yoga Day, which was a huge hit among the seniors of Defence Colony, Delhi. Ninety seniors participated in various activities, including traditional yoga, chair yoga set to old Bollywood songs, and a yoga-themed quiz. The event was a delightful combination of fun, fitness and community spirit!

We are proud to announce that our recently launched Inspiring Tutors Program achieved a small but significant milestone: completing 50 tuition classes on June 8, 2024.
