At ISF, we believe that longevity should be a gift, not a challenge. Our Health Hub is designed to empower seniors with practical tools, expert-led insights, and structured programs that support active and healthy aging—helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives.

Through our programs, we are currently providing:

  • Wellness Choupal – Weekly workshops & resources on age-related health conditions, including chronic disease management, mobility, and cognitive health.
  • Daily dose of health – Virtual daily witness classes, yoga sessions, guided meditation, and positive affirmation.
  • Nutrition & Healthy Living – Expert guidance on balanced diets, lifestyle modifications, and healthy aging practices.
  • Step-count Challenge: A fun and engaging wellness initiative to promote movement, strength, and well-being through interactive health challenges.

Expanding Soon:

Active and healthy ageing self-learning course. To supplement the above program, we also intend to bring a structured self-learning health & wellness course that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
